Location: Wyncote, Pennsylvania
Start Date: 06-24-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, including overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the care team
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred but not required
Education
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
