Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and improve quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
CPR certification (BLS)
Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait training
Knowledge of Medicare and insurance documentation guidelines
Ability to adapt treatment plans for diverse patient populations
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
