Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions to restore function and reduce pain
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for long-term wellness

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or compact eligible)
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or MPT)
Previous outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members

Education

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation
Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and manual therapy techniques
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills
Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
