Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Support residents' emotional and social well-being through engagement and companionship
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion and patience when working with elderly residents

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of basic patient care principles
Ability to follow care plans and report changes in condition
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
Team player with a positive attitude
Time management and organizational skills
