Location: Exeter, NH

Start Date: 06-25-2026

End Date: 08-19-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with rotating weekend on-call every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Manage day-to-day operations of the unit, including staffing and resource allocation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Mentor and support new nurses, fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact state eligible)
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in patient care management and nursing best practices
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively
