Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Support patients' emotional and social needs with dignity and respect

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Heart Association
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to different patient needs and settings

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
Physical stamina to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
