Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (night shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Document patient care accurately and timely
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
BLS certification preferred
At least 6 months of recent CNA experience in a long-term care or hospital setting
Comfortable working night shifts and weekends
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
