Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Provide compassionate care and companionship
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Document care provided accurately

Qualifications

Must be a certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) in Maryland
CPR certification preferred
Strong communication skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of GNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric care techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills for documentation
