Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (includes weekends)

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for all patients

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state with PA eligibility)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work 8-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and patient assessment
Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety standards
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
