Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vitals and document changes
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in Maryland
BLS certification required
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and IV therapy
Wound care and infection control
Electronic health records proficiency
Patient assessment and critical thinking
Compassionate bedside manner
