Location: St. Albans, Vermont

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in medical records
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Vermont or compact state
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred
BLS certification required
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of electronic health records
