Location: Lanham, MD
Start Date: 06-30-2026
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $80,000 - $115,000/year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the rehabilitation department to ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee short-stay rehabilitation programs and ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and mentor therapy staff, promoting professional growth
- Monitor department compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in rehabilitation
- Licensed therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) as appropriate
- Experience in short-stay rehabilitation required
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation regulations and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
