Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patient health and situation
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and issues
• Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans
• Implement the plan of care with precision and compassion
• Promote health and maintain a safe environment for patients
• Evaluate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Integrate ethical provisions and research findings into daily practice
• Provide leadership and contribute to professional development of peers

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of Montana
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
• Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
• Preferred: 1 year of circulating and/or scrub experience
• Associate's, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Education

• Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Nursing, Associates degree, or Diploma
