Start Date: 06-28-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (includes 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
Respond to changes in patient condition and report to supervising nurse or physician

Qualifications

Valid LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to different units

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Skilled in patient assessment and critical thinking
Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
Excellent interpersonal and patient education abilities
