Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Evening shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, includes 30-minute meal break (actual schedule may vary for per diem positions)

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent patient care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care principles
Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Empathy and patience in challenging situations
Physical stamina to assist with patient transfers and mobility
