Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with various physical conditions to restore function and mobility
Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for recovery
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Make a real impact on patients' quality of life every day

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active California Physical Therapist license or compact eligible
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Previous experience in an outpatient or acute care setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Ability to develop rapport quickly with patients and staff
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Passion for helping others achieve their goals
