Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene
Document patient care and observations accurately
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in California
CPR/BLS certification required
Previous experience in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
Time management and organizational skills
