Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, flexible days as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents and patients in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
Document care accurately and maintain patient records
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to Gettysburg, PA

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
