Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (flexible, as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Educate patients and families on care plans and conditions

Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
ICU nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in critical care nursing
Proficiency with ventilators, IV pumps, and monitoring equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
