Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: NOC shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), various days available

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
Support residents' emotional and social well-being

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
Compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of resident care and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to assist with lifting and mobility
