Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (flexible days based on facility needs)

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and meals
Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
BLS certification preferred but not required
Compassionate and reliable team player
Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience in all interactions
Basic medical terminology and vital sign measurement
