Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and telemetry readings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
ACLS certification preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing standards and protocols
Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
