Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma (or compact eligible)
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Any experience level welcome, including new graduates
CPR certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in rehabilitation techniques for geriatric populations
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for skilled nursing facilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
