Location: Mound City, Missouri

Start Date: 07-20-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, 35 guaranteed weekly hours

Hours per Week: 40

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practice
Provide skilled rehabilitative therapy including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and exercises
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with healthcare team, patients, and families to optimize outcomes
Supervise occupational therapy assistants and students as necessary

Qualifications

1+ years of occupational therapy experience required
Experience in long-term care or rehab settings preferred
Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
Must be able to start shifts before 6 AM or no later than 10 AM

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and assessment
Treatment planning and goal setting
Clinical documentation and record keeping
Long-term care and rehabilitation practices
Occupational therapy interventions and modalities
