Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in a mental health unit
Assist with daily living activities and monitor patient conditions
Document patient observations and communicate with the healthcare team
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Support patients' emotional and physical well-being

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in mental health or behavioral health preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
Skilled in using electronic medical records (EMR)
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
Adaptable to changing patient needs
