Location: Concord, NH

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week), every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $92 - $64.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with precision and care
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate seamless patient care
Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge planning for a smooth transition

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
Minimum 3 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience
Travel experience required
Telemetry and Meditech proficiency
Ability to float to similar units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Meditech electronic medical record system
Medical-surgical nursing skills
Critical thinking and rapid decision-making
Strong communication and teamwork
