Shift Type: Saturday-Wednesday, 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in patient condition
Assist with activities of daily living and patient education
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current and active LVN license in California
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of recent LVN experience preferred
Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
