Location: Janesville, WI

Start Date: 06-30-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 0.9 FTE day shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, every third weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments per approved techniques and state regulations
Document accurately and thoroughly according to standards of care
Develop and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians
Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patient safety and experience

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin
Current BLS/BCLS certification required
CPR certification required
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Ability to float to other inpatient units as needed based on census

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficient in electronic medical records (Point Click EMR)
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
