Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts, typically 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license in good standing
BLS certification required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy (RN applicants)
Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
