Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday

Hours per Week: 40

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop personalized treatment plans
Help patients regain mobility and independence with tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs
Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with regulations and facility policies
Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a long-term care setting

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Missouri required
Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation experience preferred
Valid driver's license in the state of employment

Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines
