Shift Type: Sunday through Wednesday & Saturday, 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients in a medical unit
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility
Document patient care accurately in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of recent LVN experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and assessment
Medication administration
Wound care and dressing changes
IV therapy and phlebotomy
Documentation and charting
Patient education and communication
