Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and skilled emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Perform rapid assessments and triage to prioritize care
Administer medications, start IVs, and assist with procedures
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver timely interventions
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes quickly
Document patient information accurately and maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing principles and protocols
Trauma patient management
ECG interpretation and arrhythmia recognition
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with electronic health records
