Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in their daily activities
Assist with vital signs, mobility, and personal hygiene
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
Support a safe and comfortable environment for recovery

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS certification preferred
At least 6 months of recent CNA experience
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to different units

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and organizational skills
