Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
Help patients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety and comfort
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
Skilled in taking vital signs and observing patient conditions
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Empathy and patience when dealing with patients and families
