Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift (12-hour shifts, exact schedule determined upon assignment)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care consistent with facility and state standards
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

Active RN license in Maine (or compact state)
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and other certifications as required
Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to function independently and act rapidly in emergencies
Previous med-surg experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic documentation systems
Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
