Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents' conditions and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate residents and families on care plans and health management
Maintain a safe and clean environment following infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
Basic computer skills for documentation
