Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and patient education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy
Knowledge of infection control practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate bedside manner
Basic computer and EHR skills
