Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain independence
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities

Qualifications

Active COTA certification in Montana
BLS certification required
Less than 1 year of experience accepted - new grads welcome!
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy techniques
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
