Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, includes weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
Document care accurately and maintain patient records
Collaborate with nurses and doctors to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Vermont (or compact state)
At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to commit to weekend shifts and a 15-week contract

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
