Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and function
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in North Dakota
Minimum of 1 year of recent PTA experience
BLS certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy techniques and modalities
Patient care and assessment skills
Ability to adapt to different patient needs and settings
Time management and organizational skills
Compassionate and empathetic patient approach
