Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities to improve mobility
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
Document patient responses and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current California PTA license or ability to obtain before start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
BLS certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques and modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in documentation and electronic health records
