Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week, includes weekends as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records
Educate patients and families on care plans

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN or RN license in Alabama
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
BLS certification required
Must be willing to float to other units as needed
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Proficient in electronic medical records
