Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team
Implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Wisconsin
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA preferred
Willingness to travel and work on a contract assignment

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
