Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, flexible per diem schedule

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
BCLS certification required at time of hire
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous long-term care or acute care experience preferred but not required

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN) or associate/bachelor's degree in nursing (RN)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy (for RNs)
Understanding of infection control protocols
Skilled in using electronic medical records systems
Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
