Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care techniques and infection control
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor when caring for others
Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
