Location: Missoula, MT

Start Date: 06-26-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and establish comprehensive plan of care for patients in their home environment
Provide direct patient care based on physician orders and evidence-based practice
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and communicate with physicians
Master OASIS scoring and ensure compliance with Medicare regulations
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and CNAs as needed
Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current and active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Montana
Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance
BLS/BCLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of previous OT experience preferred

Education

BS degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Evaluation and assessment of patient needs
Plan of Care development and modification
Patient and family education
Documentation and OASIS scoring
Supervision of therapy assistants
Home health and occupational therapy expertise
BLS/BCLS certified
