Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff promptly
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Support patients and their families with empathy and respect, ensuring a positive experience

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, or home health setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and infection control
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
