Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification
Minimum of 1 year experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and fast-paced environments
