Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to detect cardiac irregularities
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to telemetry patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on heart health and recovery plans
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Skill in patient assessment and prioritization
• Knowledge of telemetry protocols and emergency interventions
