Shift Type: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Candidate Pay Rate: $89.3 - $66.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to detect cardiac irregularities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to telemetry patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on heart health and recovery plans
Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in California or compact state
Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Skill in patient assessment and prioritization
Knowledge of telemetry protocols and emergency interventions
