Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver high-quality care
Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided

Qualifications

Active LPN license in West Virginia (or compact state) required
BLS certification from AHA required
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required
Ability to provide valid government-issued ID and wear photo badge at all times
Must be available for ASAP start and local to the Parkersburg area

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
